Description

Office Building RED STRIPE is air-conditioned, with top level control of temperature, humidity and noise. Air humidity is controled by enthalpy humidifer, which is unique in Serbia. Four pipe fan coil system is used for pleasant temperature condition during the year.
Designed noise level in offices is 35 dB, and energy effcience is assured by energy regeneration. At the end, it is important to mention usage of 100% fresh air for ventilation.
All technological processes, lighting in common areas, doors and energy consumers in the building are controlled and monitored by sofsticated central Siemens BMS system, characteristic for big office buildings.
Access to the building and office areas is controlled by access control with card readers, modern interphone system, modern CCTV surveillance system and combined addressable system.
