Meridian 16 Business Park is a privately held Croatian limited liability company with the sole purpose of developing one of the largest business zones in Croatia – located south of Zagreb and very close to the 16th Meridian (defining its name).
Since 2008 this project company prepared and invested most of the infrastructure and owns roughly 85ha of land south of Velika Gorica. Its main shareholder is E2RED GmbH, Vienna, a real estate holding company active in Austria, Croatia, Hungary and Slovakia.
The whole area of Meridian 16 Business Park is zoned for several purposes: manufacturing, industrial, service and trade as well as green areas.
The four arrows in the logo of Meridian 16 Business Park symbolize connectivity, ecology, Croatia and Europe. Their orientation toward center emphasize client orientation and “all in one place” service, offering sustainable and long term development.
