We're currently looking for an office space that can accommodate 30–40 desks, along with 1–2 meeting rooms. One of the meeting rooms could also serve as a private office or silent booth. Ideally, we'd like up to 10 parking spaces included. The office should be fully equipped with desks, chairs, shared kitchen facilities, and reliable Wi-Fi. It would be great if the space also includes cleaning and maintenance services, access control or keycard entry for security, and 24/7 access to the building. At the moment, we have a similar setup in the city center, but we're looking to move to a location that offers more parking availability and overall flexibility. Our target move date is after June–July 2025, but we're happy to wait if some lead time is needed for availability. Thank you
