The Belgrade office market maintained stable growth during the third quarter of 2025, supported by positive economic indicators and strong demand for quality office space. The total modern office stock reached 1,457,746 square meters, of which around 79 percent are leasable spaces, while the remainder consists of owner-occupied buildings. More than half of the total supply—about 56 percent—belongs to Class A buildings, confirming the ongoing trend toward modern, energy-efficient, and technologically advanced offices.
