Within the AFI Airport City Belgrade complex, the first office tower, Tower 1, has been completed as part of the new Airport City Business Avenue, located along Omladinskih Brigada Street and consisting of two office towers and one mixed-use building. The first office tower comprises 15 above-ground floors and 3 underground levels, with an underground garage offering 339 parking spaces. The total gross leasable area (GLA) amounts to 22,847 m², with the possibility for tenants to adapt floor layouts according to their needs. Vertical circulation is provided by six elevators connecting the underground levels to the roof, as well as two additional elevators connecting the underground levels to the ground floor. Each floor from the 1st to the 14th features northwest-oriented terraces of 14 m², while larger terraces are available on the 13th floor (156 m²), the 14th floor (36 m²), and the 15th floor (250 m²). All terraces are accessible to the building’s tenants.
