The Tower 1 office building is the first of three office towers within the new Business Avenue at the AFI Airport City complex. Located on Omladinskih Brigada Street, the tower rises 15 stories high and includes two underground levels with a garage capacity of 339 parking spaces reserved for tenants. As in all AFI developments, tenants have the ability to fully adapt floor layouts to meet their business needs with a high level of flexibility. Tower 1 is equipped with eight elevators in total, two of which directly connect the garage with the building lobby.
A special highlight is the terraces located on every floor, available to all building users, offering additional space for relaxation, informal meetings, and inspiring work environments.

Alongside the completion of the first office tower, Tower 1, construction of the other two towers within Business Avenue is progressing rapidly. One of them will house the prestigious AC Hotel by Marriott, which will occupy the first six floors of the building and feature 209 modernly equipped rooms. The hotel will also bring a wide range of additional amenities, including conference rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a multifunctional hall for various purposes, while guests will also have access to a fitness center. From the seventh to the fifteenth floor, state-of-the-art office spaces will be available for lease, creating a unique combination of hospitality and business concepts within Business Avenue.
The completion of the third, mixed-use tower is scheduled for the end of 2026.
