Belgrade could get new commercial and business-residential complexes near Marakana and some 10,5 ha of this extremely attractive location is comprised within the Draft of the detailed regulation plan of the area between sports complex of the Red Star stadium, Banjicki venac, Veljka Lukica Kurjaka, Bulevar oslobodjenja, Autokomanda crossroads, Dr Milutina Ivkovica streets and planned extension of Dinarska street at Savski venac municipality.
