The Avaz Tower in Sarajevo, with its height of 176 meters, is the second-tallest building in the Balkans after Avala Tower. However, the record of 204 meters will be broken down in all likelihood. Namely, as the eKapija writes, according to the ADS Studio project, the construction of the Avaz Ski Tower, worth 100 million euros, will soon be launched in Sarajevo, which will be carried by Avaz with 50 floors and it will be about 250 meters tall.

As Marketing Director of Avaz Group Sead Numanović told eKapija, the entire documentation is ready, as well as the urban approval and building permit, so they expect to start construction very soon.

- We are now preparing a construction site, because apart from the parcels we have bought, we also have extra land in the neighborhood of the existing Avaz Tower. I expect that the first works will soon be started, - said Numanovic, not specifying the exact start date of the works.

It is planned that the tower has an office space, apartments for sale, a hotel and a rotating restaurant on the roof

The money is, as he says, ready, the investor is the Avaz group and they are ready to work on their own, but they also aim to find a strong co-investor. This tower with the contents around it would make a unique and multifunctional condominium. It is planned that the tower has an office space, apartments for sale, a hotel and a rotating restaurant on the roof. A shopping center with shops up to 60 m2 would be created at the foot of the building. There is also a garage behind a tower with 500 parking spaces - explained Numanovic.

New projects

Numanovic said that Avaz's plans for investing in real estate were not exhausted because they had another 40,000 square meters of space around Radon Plaza, where they would also build facilities, which is still in the planning stage.
