CBRE Southeast Europe (CBRE SEE), a company directly owned by CBRE Group Inc., has opened a new local office in Ljubljana.

This is the fourth local office in Southeast Europe, and as they say in the company, although it has already operated on the Slovenian market, in this way CBRE SEE will strengthen the coverage of its services, Bonitet writes.

On the occasion of the opening of the new office, the General Manager of CBRE SEE, Boško Tomašević, said that the continuation of the expansion is a clear indicator of the company's progress, but also the development of the real estate market in the region.

"I am especially pleased that the opening of the office in Ljubljana comes less than a year after expanding the company's presence in Croatia," said Tomasevic, adding that the company's main focus is providing quality services to clients and supporting their business growth in various markets.

"With knowledge of the local business environment, combined with the experience and resources of the global CBRE network, this expansion will contribute to significant growth in the Slovenian real estate market, and domestic and international investment," he said.

Director of the CBRE SEE real estate management sector Ivana Maksimović emphasized that in this way she will strengthen cooperation with existing clients and use the significant opportunities of the Slovenian market for further growth.

CBRE Group, Inc., one of the world's leading real estate companies, founded CBRE SEE in 2018 - a fully owned regional company, based in Belgrade, to provide a full range of advisory services to international and domestic clients in Southeast Europe.

The office covers key markets, including Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania. CBRE SEE soon became the leading real estate company in the region. Prior to the opening of the office in Ljubljana, the company CBRE SEE opened an office in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the end of 2019, as well as Zagreb, Croatia, in April 2021.
