The Most Expensive Apartment in Serbia Sold for €1.4 Million in the First Quarter

In Serbia, during the first quarter of this year, the most expensive apartment was sold in the Belgrade municipality of Savski Venac, with a total area of 168 square meters. It was sold for €1.4 million. The highest price per square meter was recorded at €9,862 at the Belgrade Waterfront location, the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) announced today.

A residential-business complex consisting of nine blocks (“lamela”), with ground-level, four upper floors, and a recessed top floor (Po+P+4+Ps), named "O district", is planned in the Ovča neighborhood of Belgrade. It will have 339 apartments and five commercial units. The investor is Belgrade-based LSI Properties; the project was designed by Morfema Architecture Studio from Niš; and the urban planning was done by Ibm consult from Belgrade.
