In Ustanička Street, an eight-story residential-commercial building with a three-level underground garage is planned to be constructed.

In Ustanička Street in Voždovac, the construction of an eight-story residential-commercial building is planned, according to the Urban Planning Project for which the Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction Affairs has announced a public presentation. The location currently hosts a residential building with an area of approximately 160 m², as well as two auxiliary buildings of 17 m².

Significant Decrease in Building Permits and Planned New Construction Value in June

In June 2024, 2,356 building permits were issued in Serbia, representing a decrease of 8.6% compared to the same period last year.

Near Ada Ciganlija, a business complex and hotel are planned to be built on ten hectares.

In the block between Savska Magistrala, Obrenovački Road, and the MUP complex near Ada Ciganlija, the construction of office spaces, a hotel, and a garage with 400 parking spaces is planned. The area covered by this plan is approximately 9.9 hectares, and the investor is the company Planeta Sport d.o.o.
