Belgrade will soon get one more modern hotel, Radisson Blu Old Mill, with a business tower, as its construction is in the final phase.

According to a representative of the Soravia group, workers are now finishing the facade, doing installations and making preparations for furnishing.

The plan is to complete all the furnishing by mid-2014.

Hotel will be officially opened in September. Occupying a surface area of 25,000 square meters, it will include 236 rooms, 15 suites, restaurant, bar, conference room for about 500 people, and a parking lot.

The business tower with a glass facade has 12 floors and features 3,400 office space for rent. The hotel will employ a total of 120 workers.

Soravia has recently opened Sofeinsale Hotel in Vienna by renovating a building 175 years old.
