The investor is City Invest Gradnja from Subotica, and the permit amendment relates to the number of apartments and commercial units, a correction of the planned building’s area, and the number of electric meters, reports eKapija.
According to the new decision, the multi-family residential and commercial building to be constructed on Celovečka Street, on cadastral plot no. 3744/3 KO Stari Grad, will have 42 residential units and 6 commercial spaces, which is one apartment less and one commercial unit more than in the previous document.
The building will also feature two garages with 25 parking spaces in the basement.
The taller section of the building will have a layout of B+G+5+Attic, while the shorter section will be B+G+5. The total net area of the building is 4,365.17 square meters, a minor difference compared to the previously approved 4,376.69 square meters.
The cadastral plot area has also been reduced from 1,152 m² to 1,122 m².
The preliminary estimated cost of the project remains the same: 509.42 million RSD, excluding VAT.
