No apartment was sold from January to June this year in Bac, Backi Petrovac, Bela Palanka, Bosilegrad, Vladimirci, Doljevac, Zabari, Zitoradja, Knic, Razanj and Osecina.

On the real estate market, no transactions were performed in Bojnik, Dimitrovgrad, Merošina, Mali Crnić or Nova Crnja.

No purchase agreement for an apartment has been signed in Ljig this year or last year, writes "Večernje novosti", referring to the data of the Republic Bureau of Statistics.

The gloomy statistics of the real estate market outside the big cities also reveal that no apartment intended for commercial buyers has been built in Bela Palanka for 40 years, but only for the care of the displaced.

In Golubac, on the other hand, not a single apartment in the building was sold, but there is a demand for houses with a garden and cottages. In 10 municipalities, only one apartment was sold in the first six months of this year, and in two places a square meter cost less than 100 euros - in Krupanj 83 euros, and in Mali Iđoš 98 euros.

In the first half of the year, one apartment in Batočina was sold for 102 euros per square meter, while in Gadžin Han, a buyer paid two euros more per square meter. One housing unit each was sold in Svrljig, Babusnica, Varvarin, Zagubica and Opovo.
