Construction of the residential and commercial complex in Block 67a in Novi Beograd (New Belgrade) could start in the fall this year, according to today's Politika. As announced, the location permit has been obtained, main design is in progress and the complex will be constructed in several stages.

At this location occupying 3.6 ha, six buildings with 861 apartments and one commercial building withe both offices and a hotel will be built.

Otherwise, the investor, Blanket Engineering, released the contest for the name of the settlement, and the godfather will be known August 19, 2013.
