Delta District Progressing as Planned

Delta Holding is currently implementing its largest investment project to date – the construction of the multifunctional complex “Delta District” on Milentija Popovića Street. The works on the project began in the spring of last year, and parts of the complex have already reached a height of 50 meters. So far, eight floors have been completed, and these days the installation of the first façade panels on the hotel wing has also begun. The complex will consist of three sections: a hotel tower, an office building, and a residential area, with a total gross floor area of around 100,000 square meters.
