The Skyline Omnia will have 31 floors and with a total height of 132 meters, it will cover almost 40,000 square meters. There will be no waiting for elevators in this business tower, since the project envisages as many as 11 fast elevators for employees and visitors.

Tenants will be provided with maximum flexibility, as there will be the possibility for each floor to be divided according to their requirements and needs. The areas of the space for rent, from 250 square meters to 920 square meters per floor, will enable various activities to be organized in this space, writes the Beobuild portal.

This modern facility will use high technologies to serve customers, and sophisticated telecommunications equipment will meet the LEED Gold standard.

The lack of parking spaces in the center of Belgrade is one of the burning problems, so business buildings with a garage are an exceptional advantage. Within the business tower, there will be an underground garage with 479 parking spaces, which will provide the project with important quality, and users will find comfort in this part of the city. The ground floor is intended for retail stores, and every fifth floor will have a terrace.

AFI Europe Serbia, which is the investor in the project, points out that this functional business tower is an investment worth 73 million euros, and that they hope that the facility will become one of the symbols of the capital.

The exclusive agent for renting is CBS International, the leading real estate consulting company in Serbia, which is part of the Cushman & Wakefield group.
